After 25 years in the financial services business Lorne sold his company and left the “for profit” world in 2002 to create the Canadian National Christian Foundation (CNCF).  In 2017, a reorganization of CNCF birthed Financial Discipleship Canada (FDC) which is a family of ministries including Advisors with Purpose and notmine.ca. Lorne serves as the volunteer President of both CNCF and FDC today. 

Lorne is a published author and public speaker on the subject of Financial Discipleship.  Married for over 50 years, Lorne and Doris live and serve in the Ottawa area.
