Ulrike has raised four children and has been involved in the family manufacturing business as an engineer and manager.  After the sale of the manufacturing business, Ulrike and her husband, together with their four children and their spouses, now have an engineering consulting company, a real estate company, a holding company and a family trust. 

As part of the family business, Ulrike has been involved in several business restructuring plans, succession plans and financial plans that have involved CNCF.  As a volunteer Ulrike is working with churches and Christian schools in their administration, fundraising and structuring of major capital expansions.  Ulrike loves her family and is a firm believer in building a strong family where individuals are encouraged to mature in their walk with Christ and develop their God-given talents and opportunities in business and volunteer work.
